I am thrilled to announce that on October 3, 2026, PayLessForOil.com will celebrate its 15th anniversary serving the fuel delivery needs of Western Massachusetts homes and businesses. For over a decade now, we have provided affordable and high-quality service to our valued customers. Where We Started
Many people doubted the idea of an online-only heating oil delivery company. After all, it was a totally new concept in our area. I had to pave my own way by figuring everything out from square one. But I had a vision and kept pushing forward, and just look at us now! We started taking online orders from a handful of local customers and delivering traditional home heating oil to them from our headquarters, a small office in Westfield—and we’ve come a long way since then.
Where We Are Now
We’re currently providing low-carbon heating fuel and service to thousands of homeowners and business owners in Massachusetts and Connecticut, many of whom have shared kind words on our review platforms. People love our premium heating oil, unmatched two-day delivery guarantee, and premium HVAC services, which are available around the clock and throughout the year.

Where We’re Going
In June of 2025, we made the decision to create dedicated, specialized companies for each of our core services. Clean Climate HVAC now handles HVAC in CT, and FSi Propane focuses on propane delivery and tank installations. Our heating oil operations became FSi Oil Services, moving back to our South Hadley, Massachusetts roots and running both our PayLessForOil.com and full-service divisions.
Today, FSi Oil Services serves over ten thousand customers and delivers tens of thousands of gallons daily. We’re still proudly offering the same easy, online PayLessForOil.com experience we have for the past fifteen years, and we’re just getting started.
